Stefany started in the beauty industry at 16 working for her relatives at a salon. Eventually, she grew to love the industry and studied Esthetics at Capitol School of Esthetics. 3 years later, wanting to increase her knowledge and ways to help, she attended the Omaha School of Massage of Herzing University. Although she was making a difference, she went on to further her knowledge and attended One Tree Yoga. Stefany has recently received her 500 Teacher Training Certification and offers online yoga on Mondays and Wednesdays. She and her husband are now working on their Herbal Certifications as they have both realized the importance of plant medicine and want to help others in the Holistic Life. She looks forward to teaching their 3 boys and her clients of this new lifestyle.

Trauma-informed yoga is a type of yoga designed to support individuals who have experienced trauma by creating a safe and supportive environment. It focuses on choice, consent, and body awareness, helping participants reconnect with their physical sensations while ensuring they feel secure throughout the practice.

From Jen:
I began her journey with yoga when she was pregnant with my second son in 2007. I attended my first in-studio practice in 2012 and I was officially hooked.
In 2018 I decided it was finally time to do what I had been dreaming of for years… attend yoga teacher training. I decided Yoga Medicine was the teacher training for me. At 41 years old, I flew to Europe and attended my 200 hour teacher training in Spain. I continued my education with Yoga Medicine and am currently a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist.
My teaching styles are Vinyasa and Yin. Quite the opposite of each other, but quite the compliments. This is how the concept of Still + Flow Yoga was born.
Outside of my practice at Still + Flow Yoga, I am a full time yoga and meditation teacher with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
