Throughout the 8 weeks, clients participate in coordinated individual and group treatment designed to support both stabilization and active trauma resolution.
The program includes:
✔ Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
✔ Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
✔ Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Groups
By combining evidence-based trauma therapies with skills integration, the ITP supports clients in reducing trauma reactivity, improving emotional regulation, and increasing overall stability and resilience.

This program is ideal for individuals experiencing acute emotional dysregulation, dissociation, or identity disruption who require immediate nervous system recalibration before engaging in deeper trauma processing work.
Reclaim prioritizes:
Delivered in a concentrated 2–3 day format, this intensive provides structured trauma-informed intervention in a compressed timeframe, followed by 30 days of guided post-intensive support to reinforce stabilization and integration.
The program includes:

✔ 2–3 full days of structured trauma stabilization work
✔ 30 days of post-intensive support and integration
Reclaim is not designed for full trauma reprocessing, but for restoring safety, coherence, and functional stability so clients can move forward with clarity.
